I deliver secure, accessible products to meet mission goals. As a technical leader and researcher, I bridge software engineering with public interest strategy for impact-driven organizations and projects.
My experience includes work in fields like education, health, and international relations. I have also published applied quantitative and qualitative research in conflict analysis, software engineering, communications, and political science. My experience as a practitioner and researcher helps me think critically about the impact of technology on people, relationships, and the future.
I am always seeking new, socially conscious projects to contribute to from my home in Baltimore, Maryland. I am currently the Director of Digital Strategy in the Division of Professional Studies + Shriver Center at University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where I completed my Ph.D. in the Empirical and Applied Software Engineering Lab (EASEL).
